Standard Shipping cost 15USD. If you need it fast, it costs 25USD.
2. Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
3. How do I measure bracelet size?
En.Joy uses standard Chinese size. Refer to our measurement chart or size guide here.
4. Has the bracelet I received undergone any purification process?
Of course. We’ll purify and infuse energy into the bracelet before packing it for you. We also provide a gift of handcrafted natural sandalwood or agarwood sticks for you to purify the bracelet yourself.
5. How do I care for the crystal and wood beads?
-Avoid getting wet.
-Avoid direct contact with perfume.
-Clean and polish with soft cloth.
-When not in use, bracelet should be neatly stored.
