Before your purchase, please review the below information.
1.All of the crystals, jades and woods we carry are natural with a few exceptions that are always clearly labeled.
2.We do our very best to stay up to do date in mining practices throughout the world in order to bring you stones that have mined been in most ethical way possible.
3.Due to the nature of crystals, jades, and woods, each item will vary. Therefore, we do not offer refunds unless there is a major fault with your item.
4.If an item qualifies to be refunded, it’ll take us approximately 15 business days to process your refund after we received your item. Please note that all items must be refunded to us in their unused condition and original packaging.
5.While we pack your package as safely and securely as possible, we understand that unfortunately, accidents do happen. Please email us a photo of your items with the damaged box within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to come up with a solution.
